Our Story
Hi! We’re Chris and Maria Tran.
We’ve spent the last decade building our own property portfolio - on humble wages, Chris as an Industrial Electrician and Maria as a Project Manager.
We spent our free time finding fixer uppers that had enough margin to be renovated an return at least $2 in value for every $1 spent. We used this sweat equity to further grow our portfolio, growing our portfolio to over $4.5 million.
We also made sure to enjoy the things we love - like travel around Europe for four months, and more recently, around Australia in a car and caravan for six months.
Coming from refugee families and seeing the struggles our parents went through to provide us with a good life. We started Property Seeker to help pave the way for others to get onto the property ladder and build a portfolio that has long-term stability and growth.
